I can't begin to tell you
how I felt last night;
You left without a kiss for me
you didn't hold me tight...
All this because I tried to say
How much I need you so;
To hold you closely in my arms
is all I want, you know...
To be with you; to love you true
is my heart's desire...
I should have kept these to myself
I just put out the fire...
My heart feels very sad today
I wanted you to stay...

Is what I needed to say...
